Nunchucks are ideal self defense weapons in 2020. These are two wooden sticks connected with a rope or chain. There are many reasons I use them for self defense latey. These are not something new to the world.
In fact, they were first used during the 10th century for combat. Today, they have become extremely popular weapons for self defense for some reasons. I will explore all the reasons today and determine why you need to prefer them to battle the attackers:
1. They are Already Used as Self Defense Weapons
Nunchucks already served as fighting weapons back in the 10th century. These were originally the agricultural tools but a Chinese emperor discovered the lethality of the weapon and used it for fighting the Mongols.
Thanks to the weapon, the Chinese were able to defeat the Mongols determining that these are good fighting and defensive weapons.
2. The Extended Reach
The nunchucks offer an extended reach. These are two wooden sticks connected together via a chain or rope. That chain or rope extends the reach of the weapon. Hence, you can stay at a safe distance from the attacker and still manage to injure him and save your life.
3. The Brutality of the Weapon
The nunchucks are extremely brutal. In fact, it is the most lethal weapon when the sticks are made of steel. Even in the wooden form, they are very powerful. They can inflict severe injuries to the attackers and leave them down to serve your survival.
4. The Ease of Use
The nunchucks are also pretty easy to use. There is nothing you need to learn about. Also, no need for training. You just have to hold one of the sticks in your dominant hand and then start swinging it with full force to inflict serious injuries to the attacker.
5. The Ease of Carry
The nunchaku is not a huge weapon. As mentioned before, there are just two sticks connected by any means. The weapon is smaller than you imagine it is. This makes it very easy to carry because it is small and lightweight. Anyways, it is one of the most effective weapons for self defense!
